Joe: Stop trying to think about being a rock star; be a musician. If that's all you think about you'll just be a miseralbe
f*** It's never what it's cracked up to be.

People have been saying that this will be your last tour.
Is there any truth to that?? I hope not, because you would have millions of disapointed
fans.
AER0SMTH:
All: God only knows...we hope not.

Steven: I feel naked at times.

Joe: it's just going to be another year for us Playing the music ever louder.

Steve: I see us in the year 2000 celebrating.

Steven: Isn't that a two fold question? If I tell you it's not a surprise!
AER0SMTH:
JoeP: Many and a lot. Many of which will be incorporated into the show.

How did you all meet?
AER0SMTH:
Joey: Steve want to take that?

Steven: At the basement of west campus one at Boston University---basement of the girls dorm. That's where we used to rehearse all the time.

How did you like filming the video for "Pink" at the Hard Rock here in Vegas? See you Sunday!

Steven: It was like taking a shower in Grand Central Station.

What do you do to relax after a show?

What do you guys do to get psyched for a show, especially after having been on the road for a while?
AER0SMTH:
JoeP: We come pre-psyched
AER0SMTH:
Brad: We pump up the music in our dressing room real loud. Play Led Zeppelin, AC/DC
AER0SMTH:
We hang out and party just as you think we would be.
Question:
If you could stop performing one song in concert what would it be and why?
AER0SMTH:
JoeP: If we don't like them we don't play them. They won't be in the set.

Steve: The only gap commercial I'm going to visit is the one at home.

do you feel your music has changed over the years?
AER0SMTH:
Steven: There's no difference between young lust and pink.

JoeP: Just the tempo.

Steven: Facetious -- one of the things that's kept Aerosmith around is diversity. We take pleasure in different flavors. Taste of India -- Attitude adjustments.

Tom: AFter all this time it's impossible to have one favorite song.

Does Janey's got a gun have any personal significance for
band members?
AER0SMTH:
Steven: No. But it's a particular hot spot when you think that 6 out of 10 are abused in America

Who did the special effects for your "Pink" video?
AER0SMTH:
Steven: Back to the movie...A small cameo spot in Glenn Ballard's production called...ClubLand

How do you guys stay in such great shape?
AER0SMTH:
The movie....the premise of the guy

Steven: The name of the special effects company for the Pink Video -- a company in France. Called "Partisan Midi Minuit"

Jacksonville...just wondered if u kept it or passed it on to another fan...cool either way!

Steven: I added it to my collection.
Question:
Mr. Tyler, what do you think about the career that your daughter is pursuing? Do you feel that she could have done it without your famous name and help with the videos as well?
AER0SMTH:
Steven: I'm obvioulsyh very proud of her and her achievements. Although the name helps I think she would have made it on her talent alone.
Question:
Is there a possibility that y'all might play some smaller venues after the first of the year (like the fabulous Fox theater in Atlanta)?
AER0SMTH:
Joey: Anything's possible.
AER0SMTH:
Steven: We might do an occasional club.
Question:
Do you guys realize that you (ALL 5 of you) Are STILL sex symbols to todays youth? Just seeing you on TV, or even better, LIVE makes a girl sopping wet. Does that help you to carry on and continue to do what you've always done?
AER0SMTH:
Joey: Beats a sharp stick in the eye.
AER0SMTH:
Tom: It doesn't suck. It's really inspiring. We see people in the audience. You know when they get to the car that they'll have their clothes off. It's inspiring knowing that 2 people in love can be inspired by that. We're usually sopping wet by the end of the show too.
Question:
Has any members of Aerosmith experienced any permanent hearing loss due to loud music. Can you talk about the importance of ear plugs for young, aspiring musicians.
AER0SMTH:
Tom: A lot of times you see people in the audience with little kids in the audience. If I see that in the audience I'll tell one of the security guards to give them earplugs
AER0SMTH:
Brad: We'd love to be the first band to provide the music that isn't harmful. There has been hearing loss.

Stephen, what is your favorite city in the world?
AER0SMTH:
Steven: hmmm Mexico City
AER0SMTH:
Brad: Hardest rocking city on the planet.

What has kept Aerosmith together all these years ?
AER0SMTH:
Steven: Scotch brand cellophane tape.
